Important Tour Guidelines

We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all our travelers. Please adhere to the following rules during the tour:
- Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol is not allowed during the tour as part of the group activities. If you wish to consume alcohol, you may do so at your own cost, but please inform the tour leader in advance.
- Narcotics & Banned Substances: The use of any narcotics or banned substances is strictly prohibited. Your Trip Partners and its organizers will not be held responsible for any issues that arise from such activities.
- Weapons & Hazardous Items: Weapons, fireworks, and toxic substances are not allowed on this tour.
- Misbehavior After Alcohol Consumption: If you are found misbehaving due to alcohol consumption, you may be asked to discontinue the tour or trek immediately, with no refund (partial or full).
- Respect for Others: Please respect the choices of your fellow travelers. Do not force anyone to consume alcohol. We believe in a respectful and enjoyable journey for everyone.
Important Smoking Guidelines for the Tour.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask all travelers to adhere to the following rules regarding smoking:
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed during the tour in group settings. If you wish to smoke, please do so in designated areas and away from fellow co-travelers. Inform the tour leader beforehand.
- Adherence to Timelines: You are expected to follow the agreed-upon timelines and return to the group at the designated time as per the tour leader's instructions.
- Passive Smoking: To respect the comfort of your fellow travelers, please avoid passive smoking. Refrain from smoking in enclosed or crowded spaces.
- Respect for Others: Do not force any co-travelers or fellow tourists to smoke. Respect their decisions and personal preferences.
Important Code of Conduct for the Tour.

To ensure the safety and well-being of all travelers, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards the following:
- Illegal Activities: Do not indulge in any illegal activities during the tour. This includes, but is not limited to, drug use, theft, or any form of criminal behavior.
- Disruptive Behavior: Any digression from the group or involvement in eve-teasing, physical, or sexual assault will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Such behavior will result in the immediate abandonment of the accused from the tour.
- Blacklisting: If you are found guilty of such actions, you will be blacklisted from 'Your Trip Partners' and will be banned from future travel with us.
- Refund Policy: No refund (partial or full) will be provided if you are abandoned or blacklisted.
- Lost or Stolen Items: Your Trip Partners is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the tour. Please ensure your belongings are kept safe at all times.
Respect for Fellow Travelers and Tour Leaders

To ensure a pleasant and enjoyable experience for everyone, we emphasize the importance of mutual respect during the tour:
- Respect: Treat your co-travelers, tour leaders, and tour coordinators with kindness and courtesy at all times.
- Positive Environment: Engage in friendly and respectful conversations. Avoid discussions on sensitive topics that may cause discomfort to others.
- Language: Use respectful language at all times. Abusive or foul language will not be tolerated.
Safety Guidelines for Your Tour.

Your safety and well-being are of utmost importance, and we want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our travelers. Please keep in mind the following:
- Personal Safety: Travelers/Trekkers are responsible for their own safety throughout the tour. Always follow the instructions of the tour leader and stay within the designated boundaries.
- Belongings: You are responsible for the safety and security of your own personal belongings. Please keep valuables secure at all times.
- Liability: 'Your Trip Partners' is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings, sickness, contracting a disease, accidents, injuries, or death that may occur during or after the tour.
Health Conditions and Travel Guidelines.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, please take note of the following health-related guidelines:
- Health Transparency: Travelers are required to be transparent about any health issues. Certain tours or treks may require a higher level of physical fitness, so please assess your fitness level honestly before booking.
- Consult Your Doctor: If you are unsure about your fitness or if you're susceptible to high altitude sickness, sea sickness, or other health concerns, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before booking your trip.
- Health Monitoring During the Tour: If your health deteriorates during the tour (e.g., due to high altitude sickness, sea sickness, or other conditions), the tour leader may ask you to discontinue the trek for your safety. If necessary, evacuation will be arranged, but the cost will be borne by the traveler.
No Refunds for Health-Related Discontinuation: No refunds will be provided if you are unable to continue with the tour due to health-related issues.
Unforeseen Issues and Travel Adjustments

While we strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable journey, please be aware of the following guidelines related to unforeseen circumstances:
- Changes in Itinerary: The itinerary may need to be altered due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, excessive rains, landslides, restricted entry, traffic conditions, protests, rallies, unrest, etc. While we will make every effort to cover all the places mentioned in the itinerary, changes may be inevitable due to such factors. The decision of the tour leader will be final, and all travelers must abide by it. No refunds will be issued for any changes made due to these circumstances.
- Additional Costs: In the event of sickness, bad weather, traffic delays, flight/train cancellations, or any changes in transport schedules (flights, buses, trains, etc.), the traveler will bear all additional costs incurred.
- Missed Transport: 'Your Trip Partners' is not responsible if you miss your train, flight, bus, or any other onward mode of transport after the tour ends. Any expenses incurred to reschedule or book new transport must be borne by the traveler.
Fixed Itinerary Guidelines

Please note the following important points regarding the fixed itinerary for your tour/trek:
- Fixed Itinerary: The itinerary is final and fixed. No changes will be entertained once the tour/trek begins. All travelers must strictly adhere to the schedule and timelines specified by the tour leader.
- Extra Time for Personal Visits: If any traveler wishes to visit additional places during extra time, they can do so at their own expense and with their own arrangements.
- No Refunds for Missed Stops: If a traveler decides not to visit a designated place during the tour for any reason, no refund will be provided for the missed experience.
Documents Required for Travel.

To ensure smooth travel and compliance with regulations, all travelers are required to carry the following essential documents:
- Required Documents: Each traveler must carry original documents such as:
- Government Identity Proof for Adult ( Passport or Voter Card )
- Government Identity Proof for Child ( Passport or Birth Certificate must be written in religious Language and English )
- Medical Test Reports - Non-compliance: If a traveler fails to carry any required documents, they will not be allowed to continue with the tour. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
- Original Documents: It is strongly advised to carry the original documents with you. Soft copies or downloaded documents will not be accepted, and having the original documents will ensure your participation without any inconvenience.
Changes to Terms and Conditions.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA.
